The ESFD Environmental Safety Division is hosting a FREE workshop to instruct businesses on the basics of the Hazardous Materials Business Plan (HMBP) program, including how to submit to the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS). (HMBP submittals for qualifying businesses are due by March 1st.)
