Public Records Requests - Environmental Safety Division

The Environmental Safety Division maintains certain historical records in physical form (i.e. paper files) separately from the City Clerk's Office. To review publicly available documents, you may submit a public records request here: Request Environmental Documents.

Requests made through the City Clerk's Office will be routed to our division if they are related to Environmental Safety / CUPA. 

Note: Certain public records from the last 10+ years are viewable electronically through the CalEPA Regulated Site Portal (https://siteportal.calepa.ca.gov/nsite/map/help).

Note: Requests related to the Fire Department but not Environmental (e.g. fire inspections, incident reports) cannot be fulfilled by the Environmental Safety Division and must be submitted through the City Clerk's Office.
